AtlasGlobal enters bankruptcy

After struggling for weeks to stay solvent AtlasGlobal has finally succumbed to the inevitable, it ceased trading and has gone into bankruptcy.

The final flight was to Baghdad in Thursday.

The airline started as a non-scheduled passenger airline in Turkey in 2001, later operating scheduled flights and cargo.

It operated as many as 6 A332’s and 7 A321’s, though that was reduced to just 2 up to yesterday. it had already disposed of its A320’s by the end of 2018.
