Air Greenland has ordered an A330-800 to replace its ageing A332.
The current aircraft is some 21.2 years old and has been operated by Air Greenland since 2002.
It was bought from Belgian flag carrier SABENA just before that airline collapsed.
Airbus have had a hard time selling the A330-800 version, even with this order the total hasn’t yet reached twenty.
The new aircraft will be delivered at the end of 2021.
