British Airways retires first 777-200

British Airways has retired it’s oldest 772, G-ZZZC. The Z were the closest the airline could get to 777 when it was first registered back in 1995.

It was also only the sixth 772 delivered to an airline. According to BA it’s flown 48,747,470 miles and carried 3,809,265 passengers, over 20,663 cycles and 100,311 hours over almost 25 years. She’s been flown to St.Athan in Wales for breaking.
