Air Baltic to become first all A223 fleet operator

Air Baltic has announced that its to dispose of all of its remaining 737’s and Dash-8 Q400’s, moving to a totally A220-300 fleet by 2023.

The airline says that it is so delighted with the economy, passenger feed back and overall performance, there is no point to it operating anything else.

It has options for up to 50 more aircraft and the phasing of these into operation will be decided early in 2019.

Air Baltic was quick to assist Airbus, renaming its fleet with new A220-300 tiles and loaning am aircraft at Farnborough for two days
