CSeries likely to become the A200

With Airbus due to take effective control of the CSeries with is 50.1% rising in 5 years to full ownership, indications are the company will change the name to the A200.

In the end it’s just a name and you can hardly blame Airbus for changing it – CSERIES is Bombardier and they will carry on just without the aircraft that nearly cost them the company.

In the meantime, staff have agreed production agreements and Bombardier is looking – with Airbus help – at ramping up deliveries this year, especially as the engine issues should be resolved completely by mid-May, and they’ve slowed production for months.
