National, which is wholly owned by Christopher Alf, has been struggling since it was forced into Chapter 11 bankruptcy by a court order brought on by Global BTG leasing in 2014 who said the company had breached a contract obligation to finance more Aircraft through it.

A combination of insurance payments, new cargo contracts and strong future order book have enabled the company to climb out of its problems, and its applying to the court to have the Chapter 11 rescinded.

The company runs five aircraft, 3 757-200F’s and 2 747-428BCF’s and has possibly one of the best cargo liveries in NorthAmerica. n952ca-national-airlines-boeing-747-428bcf_PlanespottersNet_604159.jpg
