China Aviation Suppliers orders 300 Boeing aircraft

On November 9, Boeing and China Aviation Suppliers Holding Company (CASC) signed an agreement for 300 aircraft at a ceremony in Beijing. The deal, which includes orders and some previously agreed commitments, was part of the United States trade mission to China, and was signed by Kevin McAllister, Boeing Commercial Airplanes president and CEO, in the presence of the US President and Peoples Republic of China President Xi Jinping. The agreement includes orders and commitments for 300 Boeing single-aisle and twin-aisle airliners. The aircraft are valued at more than $37 billion at list prices.
