Malaysia signs deal for six leased A330-200 with AerCap


Malaysia Airlines is to replace 6 737 coming off leaSe with 5 used and one new leased A332’s during 2018. The will operate ‘up gauged’ routes with growing demand in SE Asia. 

The contract will run until 2023 and give the airline time to decide its future needs as it develops. Rumours continue that Malaysia is looking at at least another six A359’s.
